METCOR/LSI is currently looking for a Change Management Specialist to create and deliver strategies and plans that help client organizations maximize the adoption of new programs by applying methods of effective and sustained behavioral change. Responsibilities

  • Apply industry leading tools and frameworks to support people as they adapt to change
  • Develop and implement an organizational change management strategy and communication plan within an organization
  • Review and document current and future state business processes and define activities that support change initiatives
  • Develop short and long-term goals, KPI's, objectives, and execute against operational plan
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and communicate upcoming changes to the stakeholders to gain buy-in and support
  • Ensure that change objectives have been met and investigate any gaps
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders and clients to identify challenges and recommend solutions
  • Apply continuous improvement initiatives to the Change Management process
  • Define strategies for user adoption to support technology implementation

Job Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience driving Change Management functions
  • Experienced in documenting and revising processes and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver to deadlines
  • Clear, authoritative, and professional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiating, consensus building, and conflict resolution skills
  • Very proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and drive for continuous success
  • Skilled in report writing and analysis

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Organizational Psychology
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices with previous experience with large scale organizational change efforts
  • Change Management or Project Management Certifications highly preferred (ADKAR, ACMP, PMP, or similar)
